FREEDOM AFTER SPEECH IS NOT GUARANTEED IN LIBERIA

Since its foundation, Liberia has been and is still the primary champion of "FREEDOM OF SPEECH" within the West African Subregion.
But "FREEDOM AFTER SPEECH" is not just guaranteed yet.
And that is a vey big problem.
